Heat everything till dark brown
Marinate mutton
MDH Meat Masala
Degi Mirch Powder
Ginger Paste
Coriander & Green Chillies Paste
Garlic Paste
Mix well and marinate for 35-40 minutes
Now, almost all the onions have become pasty in the oil which is cooking. Add marinated mutton into it and cook it for half an hour. Add garlic paste and cook it again for half an hour again.
Add masalas red chillies powder coriander powder turmeric powder salt in water and mix them. add this masala powder into mutton masala which is boiling and cook it for the last 15 minutes. Garnish them with coriander leaves.
This is used as the main base curry for all the mutton items cooked in the hotel
